If you are looking for some Easter kid table inspo for your Easter brunch or just a fun activity to do with your kids around the Holiday, look no further! From the table set up to the snacks and the photo opportunities with the backdrop, this post will give you all the inspo you need! I’ll be sharing an Easter floor seating set up, a plastic egg charcuterie board and a boho bunny backdrop to round out the perfect kids table. Let’s get into it!
Floor Seating Set Up
The floor seating was a hit for my kids as they don’t ever stay put in chairs anyway! To achieve this functional floor set up you’r stat by laying a pallet or two on the floor. Next I layered a piece of cardboard to ensure that the kids would slip through the pallets if they decided to walk on it (which they did). Then I layered a few sheets and blankets to give it a cozier, more welcoming feel. Next I added the pillows and wicker yoga cushions for “chairs”. And finished off the set up with a festive table runner and tableware.

Plastic Egg Charcuterie
Once the floor seating was set up, I was able to begin on the plastic egg charcuterie. I started by laying some easter grass on top of the table runner, followed by the egg cartons. I used two of the large plastic carton from Costco. I then opened up the plastic eggs and set them in the cartons so I could easily go through and fill them with the various bunny treats and sweets. Next I went through and filled a few of the carton spots with the peeps and filled the remaining in with some decorative eggs (obviously just for looks).

Boho Bunny Backdrop
To make the bunny backdrop I transformed one of the larger smiley face hula hoops that I made for the girl’s birthday back drop; you can get the full tutorial here. To transform the smiley face into a bunny I simply freehand cut some bunny ears onto poster board. I added yellow felt to add dimension to the ears. Taped the ears to the backdrop and then hung up the hula hoop with a nail to line it up. I then added the balloon arch to the top of the bunnies head. I only used about 1/4 of the provided arch and just cut the balloon tape to fit. Lastly, I used my Cricut to cut a bunny face onto vinyl that I then stuck right onto the table cloth strands.

That’s it! Such a fun and easy set up for kids to make the Holiday even more magical. I hope you love it!
